Most platforms keep every studio's data in one shared database. Omnivou gives each studio its own dedicated, isolated instance — a premium setup that keeps your client list, pricing and order history separate from everyone else's.

A dedicated, isolated instance
Each studio runs on its own Omnivou instance with its own database. Your clients, orders, invoices and settings are never stored in the same tables as another studio's — there's no shared customer pool to leak from.
Role-based access
Admins, photographers, editors and agents each get their own workspace. Crew see their assignments and earnings; agents see their own bookings, deliveries and invoices.
Row-level security
Access rules are enforced on the server, record by record — not just hidden in the interface. An agent can only load their own invoices; admin-only data stays admin-only.
Secrets stay on the server
Integration credentials for services like Square, email and SMS are kept as encrypted server-side secrets and used by backend functions — they aren't sent to browsers.
Encrypted in transit
Every page, delivery link and API call is served over HTTPS.
Card data stays with Square
Payments run through your own Square account. Omnivou never sees or stores full card numbers.
Your data is yours
Need a copy of your clients, orders or invoices? Ask, and we'll export it for you. If you ever leave, you leave with your data.
Canadian-built
Designed and built in Vancouver, BC, by people who run a real-estate media studio. Ask us where your instance is hosted and we'll tell you specifically.
What we don't claim
- We're a small, studio-built company. We don't currently hold formal certifications such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
- Third-party services you connect — Square, Dropbox, Google, Twilio, Slack, Telegram — have their own security and privacy terms.
